Nike MaxSight contact lenses are the work of a partnership between Nike and Bausch & Lomb. Nike MaxSight sport-tinted contact lenses are available in two glare-reducing tints, designed to mimic the beneficial effects of sport-tinted sunglasses. Nike MaxSight contact lenses are available in both vision corrective contact lenses and non-corrective lenses, for patients who want the beneficial tinting effects without a prescription lens.
Unlike many contact lens brands, Nike MaxSight contacts cover the entire pupil, which completely eliminates glare and increasing contrast.
Nike MaxSight Sport-Tinted contact lenses with a Grey-Green tint are designed for golf, running and other sports played in bright sunlight where glare is a concern. Grey-Green enhances the green and red portions of the visual spectrum, which improves detail and contour recognition.
Nike MaxSight Sport-Tinted contact lenses with an Amber tint are designed for soccer, tennis, baseball, football and any other sport that requires tracking a fast moving ball. An Amber color filters specific wavelengths in the blue green portion of the visible spectrum, making the ball easier to see against the background.
