Q: What is your return policy for contact lenses?
A: If a product is unsatisfactory within the time period of 30 days, your unopened product can be returned. If the lenses are defective, please return vial lens in the original bottle and the manufacturer will send the customer a new lens. When returning your product, please include the original invoice and return the product to the mailing address below:

Q: Do I need prescription from an eye doctor to place an order?
A: You must provide prescription information that will be verified through your eye care professional. We will require you to supply your eye care provider’s name, address and phone number. You will then supply us with your contact lens prescription and measurement information; By supplying us with this information, your order will be processed faster and more efficiently.

Q: Will I receive the same quality contacts as from an eye care professional?
A: Contacts are categorized as a medical device and the quality of that lens cannot be altered or duplicated. All medical products are regulated and must be approved by the FDA before being put on the market. You will always receive the same quality contact lens that you would from any eye care professional.

Q: Can I change the brand of contacts prescribed by my doctor?
A: We can only provide the brand and prescription written by your eye care provider. Any changes have to be verified through your doctor and then verified by us.

Q: Why do you require prescription information from my eye care professional?
A: Your eye care professional has taken specific measurements of your eyes to determine which contact lens will suit you best. By law, we must fill the prescription written by your eye care professional. Compliance with the law will provide fast and efficient processing.

Q: How do I provide information regarding my prescription?
A: Provide the following information:
OD = right eye
OS = left eye
OU = both eyes
Type of lens = brand name of the manufacturer
Power/Prescription = Base curve, Diameter, If toric... please provide cyclinder and axis.

Q: How do I get my prescription from my doctor?
A: To obtain your prescription, simply call your eye care professional's office and request a copy. Your prescription should provide the following information: Contact lens prescription, Brand of contact lens, Base Curve and Diameter. A cylinder and axis must be included for a toric prescription and an add power must be given for a multifocal prescription. It is also important to provide the date of your last eye exam. Q: What are custom lenses and are they right for me?
A: Custom contact lenses are specialty lenses prescribed to those with high power prescriptions. These contact lenses are made to order and usually require at least 3-5 weeks for manufacturing. It is extremely important for you to submit your exact contact lens prescription and measurements to ensure accurate processing. These lenses are made specifically for your prescription thus we are unable to accept returns on these lenses. We will verify all prescription information before ordering these lenses to ensure that you receive the same quality lenses you would from your eye care professional.
